Homeless Services
COSTAR (Community Outreach Service for Treatment Advocacy and Rehabilitation) is a PATH program that provides services to homeless adults who also suffer from mental illness. The program has a drop-in center, provides individualized services, and does outreach to homeless individuals wherever there is a need.
The drop-in center is open to all homeless adults with mental illness. The drop-in center provides a refuge from the weather, opportunities to socialize, refreshments and snacks, a washer and dryer for cleaning clothes, and a shower.
If an individual wants to receive mental health services, an enrollment will be completed and staff will work with the consumer to address his/her identified needs.

- Outreach Services
- Case Management
- Psycho-education
- Linkage to Psychiatric Services
- Counseling
- Assistance in obtaining housing
- Information, referral and linkages to service providers
